Applicant Management

In the applicant overview in your kroot dashboard, you can see the most important information of all job ads, such as job title, location, and duration of the ad, as well as the number of applicants. If you want to manage the applicants of a job ad, click on the corresponding row in the list.

In the detail view of the job ad, you can view and edit the individual applicants' data. If you have used a landing page with a questionnaire for the job ad, you can see the answers here. On the left side, you can see the personal data such as name, email, and phone number. On the right side, you can adjust the status of the application and add notes about the individual applicants.
